*Embroidery is for a classic plain denim jacket only. If requesting embroidery on another type of jacket, customer must contact Creative Ever After with a picture and get approval before order can go through, otherwise the order will be canceled.

DETAILS AS FOLLOWS

• Machine Embroidered Chain Stitch Filled name on customer supplied denim jacket.

• Choose ONE color thread for your name and up to three additional colors for any icons if added.

• Prices vary based on number of icons chosen.

• Name size will be produced at a maximum of 10.5" at an angle as shown.

• A final proof will be sent to you for approval before production will begin. If proof is not approved by customer within 3 business days then order is subject to cancellation.

•Customer assumes all risk when sending their item(s) to me.  I am not responsible for items that may arrive damaged or may become lost in the mail.

• Embroidery is produced using a multi-needle embroidery machine. Thread variations and imperfections may occur.
