1. If you have an idea for a custom embroidered design that is not available in my store, you will need to purchase a "reserve a custom order" spot as they come available.
2. After listing is purchased we will communicate through email or Instagram DM (@creativeeverafter) to discuss your custom item. It can be a tie dye shirt, hoodie, patch, etc. Pretty much can be customized!
3. If I cannot produce your requested item, your reservation fee will be immediately refunded.
4. If we've agreed upon an item to be produced, I will then create a custom listing for you. The list price will be in-line with my regular prices for customized items, minus the reservation fee already paid. For example, if the list price of a custom sweatshirt is $60, your 'balance due custom listing' will be for $25.
5. Once the balance is paid and/ or item is recieved production will begin. Turnaround time on custom orders is 3-5 weeks from date the custom listing purchase is made.
6. If I have sourced raw materials for your item, and you do not buy the custom listing created, the reservation fee is non-refundable. This will help cover my design time, sourcing garment sizes, colors, and other materials for your item.
I am unable to accept exchanges or returns unless it is a personal error on my end. If returned or exchanged, item must be unwashed and unworn with tags still attached. Custom items cannot be returned.
The majority of my products are considered custom and turnaround time is approximately 3-5 weeks. On all ready-to-ship items such as patches will ship within 7-10 business days.
